Senior Rep Application

Being a rep for Beth Caroline Designs means you have the opportunity to receive countless perks including two full one hour sessions, one meet & greet session with other reps, and one mini cap & gown session! Each one hour session includes unlimited outfits, an online gallery with 55+ photos, no watermark, permission to print, and a 2 week turnaround time per session. This year I am also revamping my referral program! By referring other seniors who end up booking with Beth Caroline Designs you will earn credits towards extra mini sessions, a family session for either your immediate or extended family, or store credit towards professional prints directly from my print shop. If you are accepted into the rep program, you will be given a guide with how many referrals are required for each reward.

I am so excited to kick-start this year’s senior rep program and cannot wait to work with an amazing group of seniors! Before applying, please read the following.

Chosen senior reps are required to:

  • Use Beth Caroline Designs as their sole photographer during their senior year

  • Post on social media (Instagram and/or Facebook) at least once per month throughout their senior year. This could be as simple as sharing photos in stories and/or feed. Please tag Beth Caroline Designs when doing so.

  • The cost, if chosen as a senior rep, is $500 which is due in full at your first scheduled session

  • Special note: The tentative date for the meet and greet session is April 19, 2025 at 10 am in Troy, OH.

  • If you are interested in joining the team, please fill out the form below! Applications close on 3/21/2025. Senior reps will be chosen and announced by 3/25/2025.
